It's Official, Bioque is my new Skincare Sponsor!
I've been working on this deal for a couple of months now, but the story actually goes much further than that. A few years ago I was hired to do makeup on a photo shoot for a skin care line. Long story short I ended up getting paid partly in product and have since fallen in love with Bioque. It was the first face wash to really took care of my acne, and they also have some fabulous products for older skin, like "Pronto" their topical botox....Amazing!
So I got in contact with Christine the owner and not only has she so generously filled my kit with all their products and gifted some of my big clients with their great stuff, but she had her marketing director create these beautiful cards incorporating my business name, so thank you Christine
Here's a look at one of the baskets they made for some of my clients
Bioque products are based on scientific research and are formulated with the highest effective concentrations of active ingredients designed to help you achieve healthy looking and feeling skin. Bioque stands out among skin care lines for its foundations in Nobel Prize-winning science, singular purity and extremely high quality ingredients.
I wish I could give all of you a little bit to try! But if you get a chance to use these products, I highly recommend you do.

The VMA's & Cascada
Natalie Horler of Cascada, (Nominated for Best Dance Video)
Beauty Breakdown :
RCM Foundation

Girl Boy Brow set
Swarovski Crystal Eyes
Smashbox Cream Liner on top
Smolder Liner on bottom
Top and bottom lashes (of which Nat took off bottoms b4 she walked the carpet)
Subcultered liner and Purr lipgloss
Natalie had an amazing room at the JW Mattiot that over looked the "white" carpet at the show, I took a few pics so you all could see the birds eye view.
Natalie Made her own dress and had crystal platform shoes, so we went with a crystal eye inspired by a disco ball!!

If you got a chance to watch the show...you know Natalie didn't win :( But from all the texts I got from her last night, I think she had a fabulous time and the Makeup was a hit! I've been working with Cascada for 4 years now and I look forward to more fun in the the future with her...I love you Nat, you're a great friend, like I said yesterday, it's too bad we live in different countries!

Dinner for Carissa and Andrew
My First Food Blog!!
Very exciting, I've been keeping a food diary for months now, ever since I became a "flexatarian", or as Miss. Kind Lifer herself (Alicia Silverstone) would call me a "flirt" (which for me means no dairy or meat....but I do occasionally eat fish and sea creatures). I've been flirting with vegan and vegetarian foods now for over 6 months, and I'm still loving it. But the biggest, and I think most important transition I made in my life was to make the switch to organic and NO preservatives. I feel so great, I NEVER get sick and just knowing I'm giving my body healthy energy that it can actually use is a great feeling! So with all of that said, stay posted for lots of food related blogs....because quite frankly besides my boyfriend and makeup, food was my first obsession and still remains a daily love affair! Here's a couple pics of dinner creations I've made since the switch. I first one is called English Breakfast, this is the dish I'm going to makeup for dinner tonight...keep your fingers crossed they like it!
So English Breakfast consist of
Steamed Kale
Baked Beans
Vegan Cheese
Fresh Baguette
Roasted Tomatoes
Baby Bella Mushrooms
Veggie Sausage (Apple Smoked)
Stack it all up and create your favorite bite, soooo delicious, yummy!!
Boy's like vegan food too...Luis eating vegan peanut butter cups!
So back to Carissa and Andrew, last month they were so kind to babysit my little baby Parker, (pictured below) when Bryan and I went out of town, so in return they are getting a home cooked meal! Little did Andrew know, a home cooked vegan meal :) But I think he's going to be pleasantly surprised.
Whole Foods here I come!
Hope you're all having a Bonita Day!

2 fer Tuesday
2 of my favorite things!
1. WHITE CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY THINK THIN BITES
These little guys are the best, they're so yummy, no sugar, loads of protien, gluten free and are only 100 calories, and oh yeah...no preservatives. Whole Foods Gluten Free Isle is where I find mine. Oh and, boys like them too. This is a win win people!!
2. MY BONITA GIRL MAMA
I love you mom, and I love this picture...you're so 60's flower child. In fact I think I might have a coat just like that in my closet. And I want your dress.
