2 of my favorite things!

1. WHITE CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY THINK THIN BITES

These little guys are the best, they're so yummy, no sugar, loads of protien, gluten free and are only 100 calories, and oh yeah...no preservatives.  Whole Foods Gluten Free Isle is where I find mine. Oh and, boys like them too. This is a win win people!!

2. MY BONITA GIRL MAMA

I love you mom, and I love this picture...you're so 60's flower child.  In fact I think I might have a coat just like that in my closet.  And I want your dress.

I Love Makeup Companies that Gift

This morning I heard a beautiful knock at my door and alas it was 2 fedex boxes from M.A.C. and Smashbox!!!

I contacted them to see it they'd be interested in sponsoring the makeup for the 2 different looks I'm doing for Cascada for the VMA's.

Cascada is nominated for Best Dance Video for Evacuate the Dance Floor, which I also did the makeup on.

Machete Premiere!!

Last night B and I attended the Machete Premiere, Directed by the San Antonian himself Mr. Robert Rodriguez.
How'd did we get this exclusive invite? Well, long story short, I went to high school with Rebecca Rodriguez (Robert's sister and Editor for the film) and we used to skip class together and listen to Lauren Hill cds....lol
I got the wonderful opportunity to do her makeup as well as one the actors in the film Marci Madison. Here's a couple pics from the after party @ Soho House

The Movie was Great! B and I loved it, so you all have to go out and see it. Jessica Alba and Michelle Rodriguez we're awesome Bonita Action Girls!!!

Congratulations Becca and Robert and thank you again for the invitation, we had a blast!!

Dell Commercial

I'm on set as we speak shooting a new commercial for Dell Computers.  Working with Israel Garcia the Hair Genie today, THANK GOD, he's here!!! Not only is he the sexy hair master...he's cute and stylish, so if you're reading this Israel, thank you for coming today!

Anyways looks like we're only half way through the shoot and it is so hot I can't wait for the sun to go down!!

Ru Pauls Drag Race!!

Just got back from a taping of Ru Pauls Drag Race!!!
With my girl Tanisha Harper, OMG was a blast.....Ru is gorg :) And I was totally inspired by the makeup @ the show, all the queens had some major contouring and eyebrow coverage. Very impressed, one of the people said the whole process takes like 3 hours for them to transform. WOW!!

Here's a shot out to all the Queens out there, you're a better woman than I'll ever be.....3 hours of get ready time, I'd have an anxiety attack!

Bonita Girls Unite!! Mission Statement

Hello world! This is my very first blog, and I'd like to thank anyone and everyone who might be reading this. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for following me and helping me create my dreams.

This is a place where I'll be posting all about the Bonita Lifestyle!! Mostly about makeup and makeup products, but not too exclude any and everything Bonita inspired and inspiring!!

Along with the launch of this blog, I'll be starting my Youtube channel  Bonita Dreams, with makeup videos and even some celebrity type shoots.

I'm looking forward to having you be apart of my new journey, of which I hope to include, great makeup videos, celebrity makeup interviews, seminars and one day a BOOK :)
